Our chosen form of transport here is Felucca Boat, the ancient trading vessel of Egyptian transport and business. We travel north along the Nile, from the oasis town of Aswan to the ancient city of Luxor, before finding a massive sand dune to slide down.
Donsol, Phillipines
Disaster and triumph set this show apart. We start out with a near death boat disaster in the southern Philippine Sea but bounce back and end up attaining our goal of reaching Donsol village, the whale shark capitol of the world.
Ryozenji temple Shikoku, Japan
In this episode we shun the more famous areas, Tokyo and Kyoto, and head to the isolated, ancient island of Shikoku. Our route is the ancient 88 Temple Zen pilgrimage circuit.
